Welcome to the Web site of the Society of Clerks-at-the-Table in Commonwealth Parliaments.
In order better to acquaint the members with one another and in view of the difficulty in calling a full meeting of the Society on account of the great distances which separate members, this Web site contains information on the Society deemed to be of interest to members by the Advisory Committee or the Clerk of the Overseas Office (UK) in his/her support role to the Society.
Specifically you will find information pertaining to the mandate, history, rules and membership of the Society. Information on past and future meetings is also included and in addition, “The Table”, the Society’s journal, is posted. Finally, links to other relevant Web sites are included as well as contact information.
